Real estate, the legal side
Review the property before buying
We verify in the Public Registry who are the owners of the property and if there are mortgages or encumbrances.
What it is
Before signing or delivering money, the registration of the property is reviewed: owner, measures and boundaries, mortgages, liens and other limitations.
Who needs it
Buyers of houses, apartments, land, estates, commercial premises, among others.
Documents the firm usually asks for
Property folio number, location code, registry holder or any other data that allows us to confirm the registry information.
