Legal notice for the properties section

What is this section?

The properties section of this site is a marketplace-type technological platform, where professionals and authorized companies publish ads for properties for sale or rent.

It works through an agreement between Corporación de Asesores Jurídicos and Olmos Investment, Corp. (trade name: Olmos Investments) to use this site as a marketplace section. Corporación de Asesores Jurídicos does not charge anything for it or generate income as a broker. Everything related to publications is governed by an internal agreement.

What the platform doesn't do

In this section, neither the platform nor the Legal Advisors Corporation act as a real estate broker, real estate agency, lawyer, financial advisor, appraiser, lender, depositary, property manager or representative of anyone in any transaction. They are also not part of the transactions that users agree with each other.

The legal services of Corporación de Asesores Jurídicos are independent of this section and are contracted separately.

Who posts ads?

The listings are published by professionals and companies authorized for real estate activity. Everyone is responsible for the content of their listings and for having the licenses required by law. Each listing indicates the publisher's license.

Your own diligence

Listing information is indicative and may change without notice. Before signing or paying, verify on your own the property, its status in the Public Registry, the conditions of the business and the identity and license of the person who offers it to you.

Who do your contacts reach?

Contacts about properties that you make from this site, by the form or by WhatsApp in this section, are forwarded to Olmos Investment, Corp. and its associates, who are the ones who respond to it. The use of your data is explained in the privacy policy.
