Who is responsible for your data?

Corporación de Asesores Jurídicos (CASEJU), with an office in La Chorrera, Panama Oeste, is responsible for the personal data you give us through this site.

What data do we collect?

• If you write to us through the contact form: your name, the means of contact you choose (WhatsApp, telephone or mail), the area of your query, your message and, if you consult for a property, the reference of that property.
• If you write to us by WhatsApp or by mail: the data that you include in your message.
• Anonymous site statistics: how many times each page is viewed and how many times the WhatsApp or appointment book button is touched. We do not store your IP address, do not use cookies and do not identify who visits the site. If your browser asks not to be tracked, we do not count your visit.

What do we use them for?

Just to answer your query and, if you choose, follow up. We do not sell them, we do not pass them on to third parties for advertising and we do not send you newsletters.

If you leave an email address in the form, we automatically send you a single confirmation that we received your enquiry. That address is not used for anything else. To prevent abuse, for one week we keep only an irreversible code derived from the address, which does not reveal it, to limit how many confirmations are sent.

Who do we share them with?

Legal enquiries are not shared with any other company.

The properties section of this site is a marketplace platform operated under an agreement between Corporación de Asesores Jurídicos and Olmos Investment, Corp. (trade name: Olmos Investments). If your enquiry is about properties, through the form of a property or by choosing Real estate in the contact form, your name, the contact details you give, your message and the property reference are forwarded to Olmos Investment, Corp. and its associates, who will reply to you directly. They are only shared if you agree by ticking the corresponding box in the form. Messages you send to the WhatsApp of the properties section reach Olmos Investment, Corp. and its associates.

How long do we keep them?

The form queries are saved for 12 months. They are then automatically deleted or anonymized. If you become a client of the firm, your data is kept according to the corresponding professional and legal obligations.

Where are they kept?

In the hosting and database services that the firm uses for this site, with limited access to authorized persons of the firm and verification in two steps.

Your rights

You can request access to your data, correct it, cancel it, oppose its use or request its portability. Write to us at info@caseju.com stating your name and what you are requesting. We will respond to you within the time limit set by law. If you believe that we did not comply with your request, you can contact the National Authority for Transparency and Access to Information (ANTAI).

Changes to this policy

We reserve the right to change this policy without notice. Any changes to this policy will be posted on this website. We do not sell data to third parties. We only share it in the case of enquiries about properties explained above. In the event of changes to the privacy policy that directly affect the data stored on our servers about our customers, we will notify you in writing.
