Form a corporation

The sociedad anónima is the most common way in Panama to hold a business or an asset through a company. It is formed with articles of incorporation that are notarized and registered with the Public Registry.

Those who are going to start a business, separate an asset from their personal assets or invest in Panama through a company.

To initiate this process, we require the identification of the people who are going to be partners within the company, as well as any express guidelines they want the company to have.

Once they send us the documentation, the general ones of the company, activity to be carried out, and so on; we proceed to create the certificate of incorporation to continue with the creation of the social pact and its protocolization.
